Processing is available from May through to September each year.
Please ring or email to check availability of processing and when a time can be scheduled to processes your olives.
Advanced notice is required to plan for processing. We understand the need for some flexibility due to weather conditions during this time of year.

Minimum batch processing size of 200kg, with a daily maximum processing of 2500kg.
Optimal batch size per day is 1500kg for us.
Larger batch sizes are possible, but will need to be scheduled across a number of days.

We do not offer any storage or bottling services.
Olives should ideally be delivered a day or two before processing, along with containers for then produced olive oil.
Processing service includes waste management.
